Company: BIM Tools LLC ("Company", "we", "us")1. Acceptance of TermsBy installing or using ClashPilot (“Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.2. LicenseWe grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ClashPilot for your internal business purposes.3. User ResponsibilitiesYou are solely responsible for the accuracy, suitability, and safety of any engineering, design, or construction decisions made using ClashPilot.ClashPilot is a coordination aid only. It does not replace professional judgment.The Company disclaims any liability for project outcomes, construction errors, or engineering failures.4. No WarrantyThe Software is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.5. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.6. Data Usage and TrainingBy default, anonymized project data may be used to improve the performance of our AI systems.You may opt out at any time by disabling “Data Sharing” in settings or by contacting support.Opting out will not affect your ability to use the Software.7. Updates and ChangesWe may update ClashPilot automatically. By using the Software, you consent to receive such updates.8. Account and LicensingEach user must have a valid license.Licenses are personal and non-transferable.Unauthorized use, sharing, or redistribution of the Software is prohibited.9. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.10. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.11.
